It is a famous bengali sweet made with Indian cottage cheese, it is so light and melts in mouth.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a vessel add milk and boil it. Once the milk comes to a boil add lemon juice and stir till the milk curdles. Drain the curdled milk on a cloth-lined over a colander. Rinse off the curdled milk with fresh water to remove sourness from the lemon.
* Step 2
After 1 hour, cut the cheese(chenna) into 2 equal half, ️keep one half aside, and start to mash the other half. Now add 3 tbsp sugar and mash until the sugar dissolves completely.
* Step 3
Transfer the cheese mixture into a pan and cook on low flame. Now add ¼ cup milkmaid and mix until everything is well combined, ️continue to cook, until the mixture thickens.
* Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a plate and add reserved half of the cheese, ️combine both the mixture well. Now make a ball-sized ladoo and roll it into milk powder. Garnish with pistachios
