Soy sauce

1 tbsp

mirin

1 clove

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Thinly slice the onion

* Step 2

Pan fry the salmon with olive oil

Add in the soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and onion

Cook on medium heat for 2-3min and it’s ready to eat!
