Jo rotiyan bach jaati thi to wo unko dry karke box me rakhleti thi aur koi daal ya shorba bachta the to wo isme add karke bohat mazay ki dish bananti thi jisko wo tukre kehti thi. rotion ko agar fridge me rakhden to usme smell si arajati, lekin agar is tarah rotio ko sukha ke daal me daalen to bohat mazay se banti hai, bilkul daleem ki tarah

Dried leftover rotion ko tukre karke unhe paani me bhigo dein

Leftover daal ko garam karen aur usme yeh rotiyan add karen, 1 glass paani daal kar slow flame pe pakayen ke rotiuyan achi tarah mix hojayen

Oil me onion ko brown karen aur daal ke upar daal dein
* Step 4
Hara samaan, chaat masala aur lemon juice add karen, mazedar uniqure dish tayyar
