Cooking instructions

* Step 1

PREPARE THE FILLING :. TO prepare this boil the potatoes and mash them in a large bowl. Then add onions, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder and red chilli powder and mix well.

* Step 2

Put wheat flour in a large bowl. Add water and knead into soft dough. Make small ball and add spoonful of filling in it. Then make parathas. Now seal the dough and round it with your fingers. And roll them

* Step 3

Heat oil and fry parathas, cooking them on both sides with ghee on both sides.

* Step 4

Serve hot with chutney and pickle or curd.
