#PAKNIG As I do not own a traditional balti, I have made do with whatever dish I had at home. But if you are one who have been using the pre-packed ready-made meals for your balti gosht recipe, then you will surely love this dish. And will have absolutely no complain what-so-ever that I haven’t presented it in a traditional balti.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat clarified butter in a pan, add fenugreek seeds.

* Step 2

Wait till the aroma arises, add onion, fry till they turn golden, spread onions on newspaper.

* Step 3

Now add meat in the pan, when the meat it tender, add onion, curry leaves Add yogurt, red pepper, cumin, coriander and all spice. Cook well

* Step 4

Now add fenugreek leaves and black pepper. Leave it on dum for 10 min. Lastly add green chilies, coriander leaves and lemon. Serve hot with naan.
