* Step 1

Sub se pehly rice ko adha ghante bhigo dn

* Step 2

Per oil garam kar ke iss me onions ko fry karein jab brown ho jaen as may garlic or ginger ke paste add kar ke bhone 2 mints tak per tamam masalay or tomatoes add kar ke bhone jab tamater gal jae to as may mater add kar ke mix karein

* Step 3

1 glass pani daal ke mater gala dn

* Step 4

Per as may 5 glass pani dal dn 2...3mints baad as may rice add kar ke cook kar 5 mint per as ko dum per tawe ke sath 8...10 mints ke liye

* Step 5

Mater pulao readyyy
