Bone ke gosht or hadion ko achi tarah dho lein.

Oil garam karein usms lehsan adrak paste daalen or hadian or gosht daal kar 2 min tak fry karein.

Isme shaan ka nihari packet masala add karein. Or 2 min tak bhune

Phr isme taqreeban 18 20 glass panj daal kar medium flame par pakayen. 5 6 ghntay ke liye.

Half cup aatay ko 1 glass pani se ghol lein. Lums nah rahein.

Jab gosht gal jaye to isme hadiyan nikal kar alag krlen or usms se gooda nikal lein. Ab aatay mixture ko aahista aahista usme daal kar chammach hilatay rahen. Half cup oil me pyaaz fry kar ke wo bhi isme add krlen.

Phr darmiyani aanch par usko aadhay ghantay ke liye pakne dein ke aatay ka kaccha pan khtm hojaye or oil nikal aaye. Haddion ke goode ko salan me add krden.
