* Step 1
Oil me pyaaz ko fry karein jab wo brown hojayen to unhe nikal kar pees lein ab usi oil me lehsan adrak ka paste daal kar fry karein or pisi wi pyaz or tomatoes or tamam masalay daal kar achi tarah masala bhune
* Step 2
Usme chicken add kar ke 2-3 min tak bhune
* Step 3
Ek glass pani daal kar chicken ko pakne dein.
* Step 4
Jab chicken gal jaye to boiled chane usme daal kar 2-3 min tak bhune or 2 glass pani daal kar 4 min tak pakne dein
* Step 5
End me garnish ka saman daal kar 1-2 min tak pakayen
* Step 6
Mazedar murgh chole tyyar
