* Step 1
Oil me pyaz or sbut garam masalay ko add karein. jab brown hojayen to chicken add kar ke bhun lein.
* Step 2
Phr isme dahi add karein or tamam masalay daal kar bhune
* Step 3
Jab masala bhun jaye to usme 2 glass pani daal kar paka lein. jab chicken achi tarah gal jaye or pank khushk hoajye ab isme 5 glass pani daal kar isko boil karein
* Step 4
Chawal jo aadhay ghntay se bheege hue hain wo isme add karein or pakayen. jab pani khushk hoajye to usko damm par rakh dein 8-10 min tak. mazedar pulao is ready!
