* Step 1

Carrots ko dho kar kadukash krlen or doodh ko boil kar ke halki flame par pakyen

* Step 2

Usme gaajray add kar ke medium flame pe pkaatay rahen

* Step 3

Jab gaajray gal jayen to chawalon ko dho kar aadha ghnta bigho kar use bhi add krlen

* Step 4

Achi tarah chammach chalatay rahen jab tak doodh ka colour thora brown na hojaye

* Step 5

Phr isme cheeni add krden.

* Step 6

Achi tarah gaarhi hojaye or isme se cheethay aani lg jayen to dish out kar ke garnish kar ke serve karein.
