Methi Chicken

Taste of fenugreek seeds with chicken

Ingredient

chicken

2 sticks

cinnamon

2 teaspoon

ginger paste

2 teaspoon

garlic paste

1 teaspoon

fenugreek seeds

Half

cup curd

1 teaspoon

cumin paste

1 teaspoon

coriander paste

2 teaspoon

red chilli paste

3 teaspoon

tomato paste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan add 4 table spoon mustard oil heat it.. Then add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom saute them for 30 second.. Then add sliced tomatoes and onions and them until they became soft.. Then add cube sized potato and fry until golden brown in colour..

* Step 2

Then add the marinated chicken pieces and let it cook in medium flame until chicken pieces get fried and turned to golden brown colour stir Occasionally.. Then add ginger, garlic and onion paste.. Mix all well and let it to be cook for 15 minutes.. Now add Lukewarm water and cover the pan for 20 minute..

* Step 3

After 20 minutes open the lid and fenugreek seeds turned off the gas and keep it aside.. Methi chicken is ready to serve..
