cumin powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 tablespoon

mustard oil

2 tablespoon

lemon juice

To taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a paste with curd, Tikka masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, crushed fenugreek leaves, lemon juice, turmeric powder, mustard oil, Salt to taste.. Now add chicken pieces, cube sized onion fillets, cube sized tomato pieces, capsicum pieces.. Marinated it for at least 5 hours..

* Step 2

Take a pan add soya oil, now add the marinated chicken pieces one by one fried them until they get golden brown colour in both sides.. Take the chicken pieces out of the pan now fry the tomato, onion, capsicum pieces for 3 minutes.. Now serve the chicken pieces with the fried pieces of tomato, onion and capsicum..
