ginger

4-5 tablespoon

oil

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

2 teaspoon

coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash peel vegies n cut.

Hat oil in a pan, add ginger n saute it.

Add turmeric powder.

* Step 4

Add potatoes, salt n cauliflower pieces n mix well. cover it n cook at low flame.

* Step 5

When vegetables aur cooked add coriander powder n chilli powder n cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 6

Sprinkle with chopped coriander n serve.
