Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut jaggery in small pieces.
* Step 2
Take out seeds of black cardamom n grind it’s seeds.
* Step 3
Cut pistachios in small pieces.
* Step 4
Dry roast sesame in a pan till golden brown n take out in a plate.
* Step 5
In same pan melt jaggery on slow flame n keep on stirring for few minutes. Test it by dropping in a bowl of water, if it crisps it is ready.
* Step 6
Now add roasted sesame in it n mix well.
* Step 7
Transfer it on aluminium foil n roll to thin circle as much possible.
* Step 8
Now spread pistachios n cardamom powder on it n roll it once again.
* Step 9
Now make marks of required time immediately to break on cooling.
* Step 10
When cooled enjoy winter delicacy.
