Cashew nuts Atta Biscuits

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take sugar in mixi bowl and make powdered sugar.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl, take butter and powdered sugar, start beating it until fluffy.
* Step 3
Add custard powder and vanilla essence and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add maida and make a sticky mass of dough, just mix till combined, no need to knead. Cover it with cling film and keep it in freezer for 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Dust working surface with some flour and get the dough out and smooth it and roll the dough.
* Step 6
Roll the dough and cut it out using cookie cutters and decorate it with chopped cashews and arrange it on baking tray.
* Step 7
Preheat oven to 180 Centigrade and bake the biscuits for 15 minutes. Let them cool in tray only and enjoy.
