Stir fry crunchy veggies

Ingredient

1 cup

broccoli

1/2 cup

corn

10-12

cashew

10-12

almonds

1/4 cup

resins

1/3 cup

peanuts

2 tablespoons

olive oil

1 teaspoon

chaat masala

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut veggies like zucchini and broccoli. Parboil corn and broccoli. Keep aside.

* Step 2

Take a pan, add one tablespoon olive oil and stir fry dry fruits like cashew, almonds, walnuts, fox nuts and peanuts.

* Step 3

In same wok take some olive oil, add veggies, resins, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 min. Now add dry fruits.

* Step 4

Remove from heat and serve it. Enjoy the healthy diet...
