Dhuska

Dhuska is a traditional recipe from Jharkhand. It is a festive recipe which is very easy to make.  dhuska is ground rice and lentil batter that is deep fried and is usually consumed for breakfast. #risenshine

Ingredient

Chana dal

1 cup

urad dal

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rice, urad dal and chana dal overnight.

Make a fine paste of green chillies, garlic. Then make a paste of rice,chana dal and urad dal. At last Mix both the mixtures in a container and add salt.

* Step 3

Then heat oil in a wok take a round spoon used to make dosa with the help of spoon gently release batter into oil.Make sure the oil should not be too hot.

Serve with black pea aloo sabji.
