Ingredient

200 gm

Flour

100 gm

Maida

a pinch

Ajwain

2 cup

Water

4 tsp

Oil

1 pinch

Mangreil

2 tsp

Salt

1 tsp

jeera

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead a dough by mixing the ajwain,mangrail, oil,water,maida, flour.

* Step 2

For bujiya -in pan add oil then add jeera red dry chilli.saute and then add onion, green chillis, then add peeled potatoes cut in rectangular shape. Saute for 4 min then add turmeric powder and salt

* Step 3

Then cook for 7-9 min till potato get soft.
