Egg Muffin

I strongly believe in starting my day with an egg. Eggs contain the highest quaity of natural protein which helps to build muscles and if you are into some physical activity then damn, you need to meet your protein requirements. Sharing the picture of this uber cool egg muffins which can be a great breakfast or evening snack option. You only need to whip all the ingredients together and bake. Yes, it's that easy!

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1/3 cup

milk

to taste

Salt

1/2 cup

corn boiled

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

* Step 2

Whisk eggs in a bowl, add milk, salt and pepper. Keep aside.

* Step 3

Add all the veggies followed by cheese.

* Step 4

Mix well and pour in silicone muffin mould.

* Step 5

If using metal moulds, make sure to grease the mould with oil.

* Step 6

Pour the batter till half full.

* Step 7

Bake for 25 mins.
