Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Steam rasped cabbage, rasped onion, miniature potatoes with spices and 2 cups of water till tender. Drain, about 45 minutes.
* Step 2
Reheat french bread in 350F degree oven ten minutes.
* Step 3
Heat cast iron skillet, put butter/oil in, add pepper and salt, sear fillet mignon on all sides, 3 minutes per side. Slice as thin as possible on cutting board, two portions, pour juice into pan drippings, serve over meat for french bread dipping. Enjoy.
