Diet Paneer Poppers

Healthy is boring?? Well the ans is NO. All you need is a proper way to assemble your ingredients to uplift the flavour of your food. So today I am here with my experiment recipe which turned out quite well. It has one of the vegetarian's favourite ingredients as dominating filling, can you guess?

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut off the bread sides with help of knife. Toast these bread slices and chop each slice into 4 equal parts.

* Step 2

Take a bowl, add paneer, carrot, beetroot, capsicum, tomato, coriander chutney, turmeric, salt & pepper. Mix it well with spoon.

* Step 3

Now take two chopped part of bread. Apply coconut-mint chutney on base of it. Make the second layer with paneer mixture.

* Step 4

Now take other part and again apply coconut-mint chutney on it and put it over bread part to make one popper.

* Step 5

Do this for the rest of bread pieces.Serve with ketchup and enjoy healthy meal.
