PB&J oatmeal breakfast bars

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

* Step 2

In a large bowl, mash bananas. Then add 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup oat flour, 1/8 cup + 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/8 cup maple syrup, 1/8 cup oat milk, 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix everything until combined.

* Step 3

Pour oat mixture in small silicone loaf pan.

* Step 4

Add peanut butter and jelly in dollops then swirl with chop stick.

* Step 5

Bake for 25 minutes.
