Ingredient

1 cup

Oil

1 tbsp

Lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 3 tbsp oil,fry 1 pinch kalongi,rye & 1 tsp zeera,add cut bhindi and fry for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice.

* Step 2

Take bhindi out and keep aside.take 3 tbsp oil in the same pot add kalongi & rye 1 pinch each & add Talhar mirch slices & Raw mango,fry for 10 minutes, take out from pot & keep aside.

* Step 3

In the same pot add 3 tbsp oil & add chopped onions, fry untill translucent, add Ginger garlic paste, zeera fry for 2 minutes, add chopped Tomatoes, salt,& green chilli paste,cook on medium /high heat untill tomatoes r soft.

* Step 4

When the masala is ready add the cooked bhindi & Raw mango. Mix and turn off heat.
