Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First boil water.Mix sugar and lemon juice.Keep the sugar syrup aside.
* Step 2
Now take a pan and boil milk.In a bowl,take cornflour and water and pour it into the boiling milk.Add 2 cubes of cheese.Turn off the gas when the creamy sauce is ready.
* Step 3
Now put the bread in a food processor,make bread crumbs.Add Sewainyan & butter to it and mix well.
* Step 4
Now take a pan and put little butter.
* Step 5
Put a layer of bread & sewaiyan mixture.Spread a thick layer of the cream and again another layer of the remaining mixture on it.Press gently and cover the lid and put the gas on simmer.
* Step 6
After 5 mins,flip and let the other side cook.
* Step 7
Once both the sides are golden colour,sprinkle ground pistachios all over.
* Step 8
Now pour sugar syrup over it and enjoy immediately.
* Step 9
It tastes amazing when it is served hot.
