* Step 1

Cut the potatoes into 1cm thick slices and soak them in water.

* Step 2

Wash them 2 to 3 times.

* Step 3

Dry them by wrapping them in a towel.

* Step 4

Heat oil and fry them.

* Step 5

Once they are half cooked, remove them from the kadai.

* Step 6

Now fry them again to get the crispiness.

* Step 7

Once removed, immediately add salt.

* Step 8

Enjoy with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
