A super yummy and super crispy chips which you can easily make at home.These chips are very famous in South India .Your kids will definitely love it...

* Step 1
Take the bananas and remove it's cover.
* Step 2
Cut the bananas into thin slices.
* Step 3
Take a pan and pour oil.Once it's hot,put the banana pieces into it for frying...I have used mustard oil because getting edible coconut oil in Assam is a bit difficult.
* Step 4
Now the most important part.Very carefully,add 1tsp of water,salt and turmeric mixture into the oil.It will help to give colour to the chips and the taste will be equally salty.
* Step 5
Your fresh homemade chips are ready.
