Make this yummy gulab jamuns with just 1 litre milk

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan reduce milk and make khoya.
* Step 2
Let it cool,Now add all purpose flour to it and mash well with your palm,dough is ready,take a 1/10 portion of it add a pinch yellow food colour and 1 tsp crushed dryfruits and the stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Make sugar syrup add water,sugar,when syrup starts boiling after 2-3 mins,add 5-6 saffron strands and cardamom powder,check between index finger and thumb it should stick,no string needed.Syrup is ready.
* Step 4
Now take lemon size mixture flatten it,put little stuffing than roll it give round shape likewise prepare all balls.
* Step 5
Heat oil,medium hot put gulab jamun balls in it and put flame on low cook it for 4-5 mins,stir lightly with spoon until golden brown balls are ready take them out and directly put into hot sugar syrup.
* Step 6
Cover it for an hour and then serve.
