Green peas and walnut galauti kebabs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the green peas with some salt. Strain and set aside. Soak soya nuggets in hot water for 10 minutes and then squeeze out all water. Boil and mash the potato. In a mixie grind the soya nuggets, green chillies, walnuts, mint, salt coriander and all the dry spices.
* Step 2
Add the ground paste to the mashed potatoes. Add the curd and lemon juice and mix well.
* Step 3
Shape into tikkis and shallow fry in a non-stick pan. Enjoy!
