Sweetcorn in coconut gravy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a vessel. Add the mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves and green chillies. Once the mustard seeds splutter lower the heat and add haldi and chilli powder.

* Step 2

Add the imli pulp and coconut milk. Let the gravy come to a boil. Add the sweetcorn and capsicum.

* Step 3

Once the sweetcorn is tender add salt and wheat slurry to thicken the gravy. Enjoy with steamed rice.
