Sabudana khichdi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Was and soak sabudana in one cup water for 3 to 4 hours. They will soak up the water and fluff up. Roast the peanuts and coll them. Grind the peanuts, chillies, curry leaves, coriander and salt to a coarse powder. Add to the sabudana and mix well.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a vessel. Add cumin seeds and let th splutter. Add the prepared sabudana and mix well. Cook stirring every few minutes in between. Mean while chop and deep fry the potatoes.
* Step 3
Add the fried potatoes to sabudana and mix well. Once most of the sabudana seems transparent bits ready. Add the Lemon juice and mix well. Switch of flame. Yummy sabudana khichdi is ready. Enjoy.
