Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the onions and set aside. Roast the red chillies and crush them to get a coarse powder. Roast the garlic and crush them.
* Step 2
Add the crushed chillies, garlic, salt, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and imli pulp to the onions.
* Step 3
Mix everything well by crushing the onions with your fingers. Delicious onion chutney is ready. Tastes best when served with green moong pakoda. Enjoy!
