Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pulse the peanuts in a mixer along with curry leaves and green chillies. In a bowl, mix together the potatoes, sabudana powder, crushed peanuts, salt, sugar, lemon juice and cumin seeds.
* Step 2
Try to bring it all together. If it does not bind add some water. Spread the mixture between two plastic sheets and secure the edges. Roll out to get a even flat slab. Let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into finger sized strips.
* Step 3
Deep fry in hot oil and enjoy.
