Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the paneer into desired shape and thickness. Mix all the ingredients expect oil and prepare a thick paste. Marinate the paneer and keep aside for 1 hour.

Heat the electric sandwich griller. Brush some oil on both the plates and place the paneer pieces and grill for 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve hot with a dash of lemon juice. Enjoy!
