Cheesy Garlic Chicken
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the chicken with salt, half of the pepper,half of the ginger powder and rosemary. Set aside for 15-20 minutes. Heat some butter in a pan, add the chicken and cook till almost tender.
* Step 2
Heat the remaining butter in a vessel. Add the crushed garlic and saute for a few minutes. Add the maida and roast for a few minutes till the raw smell goes away. Add the water and stir well so that there are no lumps. Add the seasoning, salt, pepper, ginger powder, parsley. Let it come to a boil. Add th cream and processed cheese. Mix well. Lastly add the cooked chicken and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
