Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the boneless chicken with all the ingredients mentioned under marination masala, egg, soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar. Set aside for 1 hr and then deep fry the chicken pieces.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok. Add the curry leaves, green chillies and chopped garlic. Saute for a few minutes.
* Step 3
Add the onions and capsicum pieces. Stir well. Add the curd and red food colour.
* Step 4
Cook till the water is absorbed. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Enjoy!
