Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and red chillies. Saute for a few seconds. Then add onion, capsicum and spring onions.saute for a few seconds.

Now add the peanuts, honey, schezwan sauce and soy sauce. Saute for a few seconds and add 10) ml water. Add the cornflour slurry and let it boil.

* Step 3

Meanwhile cut the parboiled potatoes into cubes and deep fry them till golden. Add the potatoes to the gravy. Lastly garnish with spring onion. Greens and Enjoy!!
