sliced strawberries
1 can
condensed milk
1 tsp
vanilla
2 cups
heavy cream
1 cup
cream cheese
2 tbsp
honey
8-10
wafer biscuits
4 tbsp
strawberry crush syrup
As required
Chocolate sauce for garnish
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix together the condensed milk, honey, vanilla, heavy cream, 2 tbsp strawberry crush syrup and cream cheese. Beat well with a hand beater.
* Step 2
Add the finely chopped strawberries. Break the wafer biscuits with hands and add. Mix well. Pour the batter in an airtight container. And spread evenly. Pour the remaining strawberry crush syrup all over. And with the help of a knife make swirls all over. Cover and freeze overnight. Delicious strawberry cheesecake ice-cream is ready. Enjoy with a drizzle of chocolate sauce!!
