Pimento cheese

Best part of this recipe is no cooking! My family always seemed to have a jar of pimento cheese in the fridge. This is a good recipe for appetizers or game day snacking.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large bowl, place Mayo, jalapeño juice, mustard, soy sauce and lemon juice. Beat with electric mixer until combined.

* Step 2

Add cheeses, beat on medium speed to combine. Continue beating until cheese mixture is creamy and spreadable.

* Step 3

Stir in pimentos, jalapeños, and green onions.
