Ingredient

2 tbsp

corn flour

2 tbsp

besan

1/2 tsp.

Chilli flakes

1/4 tsp

oregano

as per taste

Salt

as required

Oil for roasting

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly peel the skin and grate potatoes Soak grated potato for 5minutes or till starch of potato is separated

* Step 2

Drain off the grated potato and squeeze water.add besan and flour add more if the potato contains more moisture

* Step 3

Now add chilli flakes oregano, onion and salt combine well take a tablespoon full of potato mixture over heat tawa now pour a oil around the corners

* Step 4

Roast the chilla on low flame filp over and cook both sides till the chilla turns golden and crisp

* Step 5

Finally serve chilla serve with sauce or chuttney
