Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First mashed potatoes and paneer in a bowl mix all the chopped vegetables,ginger garlic paste,red chilli, green chilli, salt,chat masala and coriander mix the mixture well and maje medium sized round cutlets with the help of your palm

* Step 2

Now take cornflour in a bowl and add 2 spoons of water to it and make a thick paste now dip the prepared cutlets in corn flour paste and then wrap them in bread crumbs

* Step 3

Now heat oil in a pan when the oil is well heated put the cutlets one by one in the pan fry well on both sides untill golden brown on low heat

* Step 4

Servehot with green chuttney
