Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender add the cooked beetroot pieces,lauki,and carrots and grind into a thick puree add little water for grinding
* Step 2
In a bowl add all dry ingredients, spices and veg puree mix well and knead to make smooth soft dough cover and let the dough rest for 15 minutes knead once again and divide the dough into equal portions roll the balls and flatten
* Step 3
Heat a tawa and apply oil and shallow fry these parathas till golden brown
* Step 4
Serve hot with curd and butter
