Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok add 2spoon heat oil add Slice onions,kaju and almond and saute for few minutes add chopped tamatos saute until turn soft
* Step 2
Switch off the flame and allow it to cool add the cooked ingrediens in a blending jar blend into fine paste
* Step 3
In a wok add oil heat oil add cinnamon stick,clove,cardamom add ginger garlic paste saute for few minutes to get rid of raw smell add chicken pieces init roast for few minutes untill colour changes add salt,red chill powder, turmeric and mix well
* Step 4
Roast and cook the masala for 5 minutes on low.flame add yoghurt mixed cook for 2 minutes add the blended paste mix well cook untill oil leaves the sides add milk,cream mix well
* Step 5
Add crushed kasuri methi and corrinder leavesmix well cook untill chicken gets tenderized mix well
* Step 6
Chicken chengezi is ready
