Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak almonds, cashew,melon seeds, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, pistachios, pepper in water for atleast 3 hrs

* Step 2

Drain all water

* Step 3

Add little milk and cardmom to soaked ingredients and grind this to a smooth paste

* Step 4

Bring milk to to a boil add saffron and mix well

* Step 5

When the milk begins to boil add sugar and simmer till sugar melts

* Step 6

Add grinded paste to milk and mix well. Boil for 10 mins

* Step 7

Switch off the flame

* Step 8

Chill the milk & serve

* Step 9

Garnish with some rose petals and saffron strands
