Crispy & tasty snack made fron nylon sabudana & dry fruits
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a metal frying strainer, take nylon sabudana pearls
* Step 2
Heat oil for deep frying in a wok. Heat as much quantity,in which the sago pearls can get immersed completely
* Step 3
Place the metal frying strainer with 2 - 3 tbsp of the sago pearls in the oil
* Step 4
Don't over crowd as then the frying is not even
* Step 5
When the pearls come in contact with the hot oil, they vll start puffing up
* Step 6
With a spoon, keep on turning them around, so that they are fried evenly
* Step 7
The pearls are to be fried really well. Even if they look crisp and done from out, they will be hard from inside. To check for doneness, you can bite into a few pearls, if you feel they are not cooked from the centre, then continue to fry them

Remove and drain the fried pearls on kitchen paper
* Step 9
In the same oil add peanuts, once fried remove on plate
* Step 10
Next fry curry leaves, chopped, green chilles,cashew one by one and keep aside.let it cool
* Step 11
Take a large bowl add add fried sabudana pearls, green chillies peanuts, curry leaves, cashews add sprinkle some rock salt and powdered sugar
* Step 12
Transfer this into airtight container
* Step 13
Serve sabudana chivda plain when required
* Step 14
Note : you can add red chilli powder instead of green chilles
* Step 15
U can add fried Raisins also & add sugar powder as per ur taste
