#Sprouts And Palak Dhokla....My Innovative Dish
#cookigwithleafygreen Sprouts are loaded with proteins ,vitamins ,minerals and antioxidants. Spinach is also known as Palak . Is tender , crispy and dark green leaves are used as ingredients in a variety of cuisines .Palak is a powerhouse for nutrients.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl,mix all the above ingredients and make a coarse mixture.
* Step 2
Grease a flat thali with oil and put it generally.
* Step 3
Pour the Moong dal mixture and spread it evenly
* Step 4
Steam it in a pressure cooker without whistle or a steamer for 45min or till Dhoklas are cooked.
* Step 5
As dhoklas are cooked from sprouts it takes little longer time to cook.
* Step 6
Heat oil in a small pan ; add all the ingredients for tarka ; one by one.
* Step 7
Saute gor few seconds and pour this tarka on the cookec dhoklas.
* Step 8
Cut the dhoklas into pieces in any shape and serve with mint chutney.
