Avacado Ice-cream topped with Cavier

#Icecream and kulfi

Ingredient

1/2 tsp

Lemon juice

1/4 tin

Milkmaid

1 cup

Cream

1/4 cup

Cold water

1/4 cup

Honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take the Avacado cut and remove the seed and scoop the pulp

* Step 2

Add lemon juice

* Step 3

Add milkmaid and cream and grind to a smooth paste

* Step 4

Fill in a box and refrigerate for 2 hours

* Step 5

Remove the ice cream from the freezer and churn it again and keep it back for atleast 6 hrs

* Step 6

For honey cavier

* Step 7

First put the oil in the freezer to get very cold

* Step 8

Take the honey add water and gelatin to it and mix well and cook for sometime till it thickens

* Step 9

Let it cool. Take any dropper and fill the honey mixture in it

* Step 10

Take the oil out and drop the honey liquid 1 drop at a time

* Step 11

The honey CAVIER will go at the bottom. Let them sit there till they form nice solid pearls

* Step 12

Remove with a slotted spoon and refrigerate them

* Step 13

When our ice cream is all set.. Scoop a meat ball

* Step 14

Garnish it with our honey caviers
