Purple sweet potato is very nutritious and healthy root veggie. I have made tikki with this .instead of frying I have used shallow fry method . So it is very healthy snack for any party or dalily basis .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take purple sweet potato, cut into halves. Steam it on steamer until it becomes tender. Cool it down and peel it.
* Step 2
Now take steamed and peeled sweet potato,mash it well. Now add oats powder,bread crumbs,coriander leaves, ginger green chili paste. Then add red chili powder,cumin powder, black salt, white salt and dry mango powder. Mix all ingredients well and make a dough.
* Step 3
Now take small portion of dough and make circle tikki shape. Make more tikki like this.
* Step 4
Take a nonstick pan, add some olive oil. When oil is getting hot,add tikkis.shallow fry them both sides until crisp and light brown and color.
* Step 5
Purple sweet potato tikkis are ready to serve. Serve hot with any chutney or sauce of your choice.
