Protein packed veggie waffle

#toc2 This is very nutritious waffle recipe for everyone . You can take this in breakfast or as snack . It has made with green moong dal which is full of protein and I have added so many good veggies into this so it is very nutritious recipe .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take soaked green moong dal,wash it well and drain it. Take a grinder,add soaked green moong dal,ginger piece and green chiliies. Grind it well and make fine paste.keepnoy aside.

Take all veggies,and add these veggies into dal paste.then add red chilli powder,coriander powder,dry mango powder and salt. Mix all ingredients well. Waffle batter is ready.

* Step 3

Now take waffle maker, grese it well,preheat it well. Now add baking soda into waffle batter,mix well. Now take big spoon of batter and pour it on waffle maker and cook it about 7-8 minutes.

Protein packed veggies waffle is ready to serve. Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice
