Angoori Paan rasmalai

#diwali2021 Rasmalai is very popular Indian sweet .I have made this rasmalai in very different flavour .I have used paan to this recipe to make it more flavourful and colorful.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First for malai /chenna- take grated paneer and mash it well with the help of palm until it becomes smooth in texture.add green color make small balls with it.

* Step 2

Now in a pot take 3 cups of water and 1cup of sugar. Let it boil, when it starts boiling add green balls into this. Cover it and cook on high flame for about 10 minutes. Chenna balls or angoori malai is ready. Keep this aside.

* Step 3

Now for ras /paan flavoured milk - take a grinder,add chopped pan leaves, fennel seeds,gulkand cardamom Powder and 2 tsp milk. Grind it well and make a fine paste. paan paste is ready. Now take a pot add milk, let it boil. Then add pan paste and cook it for about 10 minutes on low flame.Stir continuously. Then add sugar according to your taste.ras or paan flavoured milk is ready.

Now add prepared malai /chenna to the paan flavored ras /milk. Angoori paan raslmalai is ready. Garnish it with chopped pistachio. Keep it in the fridge. Serve chilled.
