Mathri is very famous snack in Indian festival .I have done some experiment with and give it some crakers shape for Diwali .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First for normal dough -in a bowl take 1cup all purpose flour,add salt as per taste,1tbsp oil and 2tsp onion seeds. Mix all ingredients well.now make hard dough by using little water.cover it and keep this aside.
* Step 2
Now for spinach dough - in a bowl,take one cup all purpose flour,add spinach purée,salt as per taste and 1tbsp oil.mix all ingredients well. Now add little water and make hard dough.cover it and keep this aside.
* Step 3
Now take both dough,make small balls with both dough. Take normal dough ball and roll it with roller pin and make big roti shape. Keep this aside.now take spinach dough ball and roll it with roller pin. Make big roti shape sheet.
* Step 4
Now take normal dough sheet and put spinach sheet on it. And roll it and make roll. Now cut it into vertical shape portions. Again roll this portions with roller pin and make Mathris.make small holes by using fork on every mathri.
* Step 5
Take a kadai,add oil. When oil is getting hot,fry prepred Mathris into oil until they becomes crispy and light brown in color.
